Our company manufactures granulated soup stock from marine products unique to Toyama Prefecture.

We manufacture products by processing raw materials unique to Toyama Prefecture. Our processed products include dried sardines, shaved dried bonito, boiled kelp-wrapped fish, dried seaweed, delicacies, granulated soup stock, firefly squid, and white sweet shrimp. We adopted a fluidized bed granulation and coating machine and established a technology for manufacturing granulated products that are readily soluble. We make the most of the know-how and technical experience that our company has been accumulating since our establishment in 1884. We are proactive about new product manufacturing to keep up with changing lifestyles and increasingly varied food needs. We have also started to consider cultivating sales channels overseas as well as in in Japan.

We acquired ISO 9001 certification for our granulated product manufacturing. We apply the know-how we have been accumulating for over 130 years since our foundation to manufacture various foods.

We will devote ourselves to R&D under a philosophy of manufacturing dream products without limit. We will do our best to manufacture products that are supported by everyone.

Our company has been committed to natural flavors since our establishment. We are proactive about manufacturing granulated soup stock for easy flavoring at the table and other new products to keep up with changing lifestyles and increasingly varied food needs. We have started to consider sales channel expansion overseas as well as in Japan. We will participate in a CEO trade fair hosted by the Organization for Small and Medium Enterprises and Regional Innovation this year to give shape to future expansion.
