[Company strength]
We have internal departments for product design, die and mold design and production, sheet-steel and plastic part fabrication, part procurement, product assembly, pre-shipping quality management, and packaging and shipping. Customers can contract with our company to handle the large majority of product development processes. We work side-by-side with you to propose designs tailored to the product concept and designs suitable for volume production using dies and molds. We work alongside you through all development stages to volume production. This kind of collaboration is possible because of our organizational structure. Our product design department and die and mold design department go through many design iterations with an eye to volume production from the very start of the design process. Our QA department checks the suitability of each prototype and trial production run. Our part fabrication and assembly department maintains flexible production line configurations to satisfy orders for both large lots and small lots. This department works to cut costs and raise accuracy levels with a waste-free, safe-margin production system. Our impeccable quality management system ensures that we maintain internal quality standards that are more stringent than those demanded by leading manufacturers. We also actively adopt new technologies and operate an extensive technology succession program to continue growing our business.

[Business description]
Our main business is ODM production for leading household appliance manufacturers. We offer integrated manufacturing operations from planning and product design to die and mold design and production, part fabrication (sheet-steel components and plastic components), product assembly, quality management, and shipping. We work side-by-side with you in the planning and product design stages, covering every aspect from conceptual mockups to market needs. Our proprietary knowledge and state-of-the-art design technologies allow us to take on a wide range of projects. We have production bases in Japan and China, so we can address all kinds of customer requests, including large-lot production, small-lot production, part production, and unit assembly. We built a new Monozukuri craftsmanship center in 2014, which has further refined our development capabilities with the introduction of 3D printers and other state-of-the-art tools.

[Company structure for market development/overseas expansion]
We have further integrated our internal departments spanning from product development to die and mold design and production, part fabrication, product assembly, and shipping. We are expanding into new fields that we have not been involved in before. We are also making moves to strengthen our organizational structure so we can continue to make compelling proposals to our existing clients. The first of these moves has been to set up a new product planning department in FY2017. It will track market needs and industry trends and generate attractive ideas for planning purposes.
