[Company strength]
Our company specializes in using our in-house jigs for high-accuracy, high-efficiency manufacturing of castings with complicated shapes. Dedicated machining jigs are essential because we handle workpieces that have strict accuracy requirements and complicated shapes. Our jigs are designed with consideration for various issues that may arise during casting machining. These include accuracy requirements from 10 to 20 μm, workpiece machining deviation, and deformation due to pressing or machining. We can machine and inspect products with sizes from 200 mm to about 1 meter. We reduce jig manufacturing time and cost by designing minimum machining processes and handling them ourselves.

Our company offers metal part machining using a horizontal machining center. We manufacture products by machining, and we also design and create machining jigs ourselves. We excel at machining castings (FC, FCD, and AC) with our in-house jigs. We have an integrated system for castings. We machine castings and also handle processing from casting to post-machining surface treatment and coating by our partner companies.

Recently we have been branding our technologies by making use of websites and exhibitions to gain direct transactions with major companies. However, our current sales tools are insufficient for us to select our desired companies or fields. We will proactively make use of J-GoodTech for aggressive sales to new fields and customers. We will capture the latest needs of major companies to ascertain what we lack and what we should cultivate. We will have a management vision for the next several dozen years.

We will advance into new fields that we have not yet entered, such as aircraft, medicine, and environmental energy. We will promote business involving industrial robot parts and other existing products that have great potential for future growth. We think these two fields are our main lines of business. Our company has a track record in experimental manufacturing of speed reducers. We will use this as our weapon to enter other fields from the trial manufacturing field. We will also propose improvements based on our jigs to customers who have accuracy and workload issues. We will use these two approaches to cultivate sales channels. We will extend our machining and inspection equipment while increasing our workforce and training workers capable of handling trial manufacturing.
