[Company strength]
We own sewing machines including lockstitch machines, two-needle, overlock/safety stitch machines, electronic buttonholing machines, bartacking machines, Lewis sewing machines, double chain stitch machines, two-needle, lockstitch machines, and electronic zigzag stitching machines. We also own finishing equipment and a CAD/CAM system. We manufacture products in our factories under an integrated production system. We secure quality by pre-production (cutting materials up to mass-production volume, feeding one sample to a sewing line, and sewing the sample). We ship samples to customers two days after receiving materials by using a CAD/CAM system. We supply babies’ clothes that have passed formaldehyde testing. Therefore, we guarantee not only high quality and short delivery periods but also can handle small orders.

[Business description]
We are mainly involved in integrated production from cutting and sewing to finishing of cut and sewn clothes made from knit materials for customers preferring clothes of Japanese make. We have recently dealt with many products including women’s, men’s, and kids’ gowns made from double/triple gauze materials, women’s trousers, babies’ clothes, and miscellaneous goods (aprons, bibs, and fabric tote bags) for department stores, specialty stores, and overseas customers.

[Representative's message]
We manufacture mainly clothing products while avoiding those that compete with overseas products. We manufacture high-quality made-in-Japan products and strictly meet delivery periods rather than competing on price. We will actively address needs that appear on the Information Board on the J-GoodTech website. We are keen to enter new fields by taking advantage of our sewing technology. New fields for us include health-related products (materials for those with atopic dermatitis, health supporters, etc.), and products for the elderly (functional materials and clothes with easy-to-wear designs). We conduct R&D on leading-edge clothing using 3D printers and wearable terminals that have high growth potential. We also hope to establish business connections with overseas customers.

[Company structure for market development/overseas expansion]
We will continue to hire and train sewing machine operators with expertise to produce high-quality products. We will continue to steadily replace mechanical equipment by CAD/CAM equipment, advanced sewing machines, etc. We are committed to building a production system that can handle clothes made from new materials and high value-added products and meeting new market demands.
