We have developed equipment to determine the chemical composition and characteristics of casting molten metal. 

We are renowned for our ability to analyze cast parts for automobiles. We offer chemical composition determination of molten metal. We develop equipment to determine the molten characteristics of metal by thermal analysis. We provide counter-measures in advance to avoid accidents from metal fatigue testing according to the results of thermal analysis of molten metals. These results are also used to eliminate defects in cast parts, reduce costs, and save energy. We intend to expand our sales mainly into Southeast Asia and further into Central and South America.

Our temperature measurement technology using thermal analysis is acknowledged globally. Our foundry thermal analysis equipment is quite often used to analyze the automobile casting parts employed by major automobile manufacturers.

[Representative's message]
In the 1960’s, we participated in manufacturing the thermal-analysis and determination devices of CE values and content (%) of C and Si in molten metal, which were developed by L&N. They were an American and British joint patent application company.
In the 1970’s, half of Japanese special casting companies were using the thermal-analysis devices (CE meters) so that the molten metal could be easily controlled in melting plants. After that, we developed molten metal characteristics determination equipment. We also developed molten aluminum alloy characteristics determination equipment for aluminum alloys 50 years after the development of AE meter by Alcore.
We will continue to advance thermal analysis for determining the details of defects in molten metal at foundries and contribute to eliminating defects, reducing costs and saving energy.
