We manufacture long rollers and shafts.

We manufacture a broad range of rollers and shafts. We respond to the needs of mass-produced products for office equipment such as copiers and printers. We also flexibly respond to the needs for small-lot products such as parts of manufacturing equipment including LCDs. We handle everything from preparation of materials to finished products. We can respond to diverse needs while benefiting from various skills nurtured over the years and an integrated system for surface treatment. We excel in providing thin, long, and round products. We own a wide range of equipment in-house including cutting machines, friction pressure welding machines, NC lathes, machining centers, cylindrical grinding machines, a centerless grinding machine, a buffing machine, and straightening machines. We can produce long parts of up to five meters for lathes and three meters for machining centers, as well as small parts measuring just millimeters.
