[Company strength]
We purchased an NC turret punch press in 1978 and a laser machine in 1982, much earlier than our competitors, to improve the precision of sheet metal work and to accumulate technologies. As machine and manual work at our company account for equal proportions, we focus on employee training. We have 9 employees who are nationally licensed sheet metal technicians (grade 2).

[Business description]
We have dedicated ourselves to precise sheet metal work since our foundation in 1962. We serve various industries and our share of total production is as follows: medical instruments 30%, measurement apparatuses 30%, packing equipment 20%, electronic devices 10% and others 10%. We offer precise metal work in general including frames for various types of machines with small-lot orders, frames for monocoque structures, machine covers, operation boxes, enclosures, sheet metal, and mechanical parts. Together with partner factories, we accept orders for surface treatments such as plating, painting and silkscreen printing.

Despite excellent technologies, small and medium-sized companies such as ourselves lack the skills or financial resources for self-promotion. We hope that a public organization such as J-GoodTech can assist us.

We are reinforcing our organization to improve customer satisfaction by meeting even short delivery times. Although we used to operate our own quality management system, we are now working on ISO 9001 compliance.
