We perform plating of electronic parts, electronic substrates and electronic materials in the manufacturing industry. We can handle various mounting specifications ranging from small quantities at the research and development stage through to mass production. Our products are used for internal mounting of electronic products, and we excel at stable, low-cost production management when mass-producing products requiring fine plating specifications of micron order. We possess various sophisticated analytical instruments, enabling us to perform high-precision cause analysis quickly and excellent quality management for customers. We have a production capacity of 50,000 m2 per month for precious metal plating of electronic substrates, and work with most electronic substrate manufacturers in Japan.
