Proposals for adding value by developing applications for unused raw food materials

We process raw food materials, such as selection, dipping, steaming, drying, roasting, packing, crushing and fine crushing. We propose these methods to various industries. We provide roasted barley and brown rice as raw drink materials, puffed millet and finely powdered steam or heat sterilized functional raw materials. We excel at controlling the food process line, which enables previously unavailable product developments. We will establish a new business for processing raw medicine materials. This will allow us to expand our customer base to functional foods and raw materials for specific health foods. In addition, we will find new applications for unused materials to promote our presence in the health care industry.

We manufacture food processing machinery in house to propose unique raw materials to various industries. Our customers can develop highly value-added products with unique built-to-order products. We excel at controlling the food process line, and can controlling temperature, time, product temperature and processing conditions to within 1 decimal place. This allows for previously unknown product development.

We treat raw food materials to heat processing and make proposals to various industries. We supply raw drink materials such as roasted barley tea and brown rice tea to plastic bottle manufacturers. We provide crispy puffed millet to confectioners. We also supply finely powdered functional raw materials, obtained by steam and/or hot air sterilization, to health food manufacturers. We develop and propose new applications to various industries, in order to reduce the amount of unused or wasted raw materials in the manufacturing process.

Research into heat treatment of foods is still in its infancy and we believe that it will become increasingly necessary from now on. We established technology to control the heat treatment of foods ahead of the industry and developed products meeting customer requests. As a result, we have responded to requests in various industries. We will continue our R&D to become a company providing the peace of mind unique to Japan.

We would like to provide raw food materials from the USA, Canada and South America to customers around the world. We have secure and safe processing technology as an FSSC2200 certified factory surrounded by Japan’s clean water and air. We will, of course, supply high-quality food materials to the world as dense, delicate and valuable products unique to Japan. We will aim to respond to requests for products in various regions, by cooperating with global distributors.
