[Company strength]
The company’s two main features are strong development capabilities and global provision of region-based services.
Development capabilities: We can design custom-made equipment to meet respective requirements such as reduction of oxides and downsizing of apparatus. Our in-house developed “under-heater holding furnace” and “three-bath furnace for low-pressure die-casting” are so highly evaluated they have become the de facto standard in the industry.
Region-based services: We provide follow-up services from five operational bases in Japan. We have established subsidiaries and license to overseas manufacturers to enable local production and follow-up services in America, Asia, Europe, etc.



[Business description]
Our company engages in research, development and manufacturing of industrial furnaces and facilities such as aluminum casting furnaces, heat treatment furnaces, and vacuum heat treatment furnaces. The aluminum casting furnace business, which mainly deals with holding furnaces, melting and holding furnaces, low-pressure casting holding furnaces, and molten transport apparatus, is the main one for our company. In particular, we have delivered many “Al-under” (under-heater holding furnaces) to major automobile manufacturers and have received high evaluations. We solve customers’ problems and requirements relating to heat by using our accumulated heat technologies.

[Strength of products/technologies]
We also develop and manufacture various kinds of heat treatment furnaces (atmosphere furnaces and vacuum furnaces) as well as aluminum die-casting furnaces. We originally manufactured heat treatment furnaces and cultivated “heat technology” concerning heating, cooling, thermal insulation, and heat dissipation in the trial-and-error processes of heat treatment furnace development. We intend to expand our development capabilities into new areas where we have no fabrication experience. We have recently fabricated ultra-high temperature vacuum pressure heat treatment furnaces, aluminum T6 treatment rotational equipment, and aging treatment furnaces.

[Representative's message]
Although our products are mainly used in the plants of automobile manufacturers, we consider that our products can be used by other customers for casting small metal parts such as for home electric appliances, bicycles, and fishing tackle. We are especially skilled at thermal equipment using a sealing technique in a vacuum or high-temperature environment. We have subsidiaries and technology licensed companies in Japan and abroad to support overseas sales and local production.



[Company structure for market development/overseas expansion]
We are committed to developing and responding to emerging market needs. For example, aluminum die-casting equipment requires a large area including the space for installing a large melting furnace. We are developing smaller packaged equipment to respond to the increasing requirement for experimental apparatus, high-mix and low-volume production facilities, etc. We are also actively expanding overseas in response to inquiries from abroad, and deploy local staff or Japanese supervisors on site to ensure a smooth startup.
