We help reduce CO2 emissions by reviving used auto parts, components, and assemblies.

Our system covers the entire process of used automotive parts production from design and manufacturing to sales. Our process complies with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and PAS 3100, which is the global standard for remanufacturing of automotive parts. We dismantle auto components and assemblies into individual parts, then thoroughly inspect, clean, and repair them. We replace all consumables with new ones before reassembly. We have established standard values for these replacement parts based on the original performance values of genuine parts. We also restore their power performance and durability to almost the same levels as genuine parts. We intend to help reduce environmental loads by applying our remanufacturing techniques to other areas besides auto parts.
