Cutting and grinding for medium to large high-precision parts and hard-to-grind materials
We are skilled at processing large and heavy parts. We can handle parts made from diverse materials including iron, alloy, and some hard-to-grind materials such as titanium and inconel as well as non-metal parts for medical, semiconductor, liquid crystal and nuclear power applications that require high-speed processing. We cover a wide range of processing from cutting out solid metal to parts for special structures, realizing high-precision processing by combining our uniquely developed blades and angled head and deep cutting technique. We have a share of more than 20% for railway vehicle bogie frames and other frames, and more than 30% for chamber boxes integrated into large liquid crystal manufacturing equipment.

[Company strength] We are skilled at processing large and heavy parts with workpiece sizes up to 3000 dia. x 2500 H and 3000 x 6500 x 2500 H. Our 3D measurement equipment, the largest in West Japan, can measure parts up to 4000 x 2400 x 1500. The temperature of our plant is kept at a constant 20°C, meeting the requirements for high precision in the aircraft industry as well as 5-axis processing. We have an integrated system covering the whole process from processing to measurement. Owning more than 50 large and medium sized NC and MC machines, we can accept orders to produce prototypes and single pieces with short delivery times. [Business description] We take orders for processing parts used in large machinery for heavy industry. We can handle parts made from diverse materials including iron, alloy, and some hard-to-grind materials such as titanium and inconel as well as non-metal parts for medical, semiconductor, liquid crystal and nuclear power applications that require high-speed processing. Our products are used in important parts for general heavy industry, railway vehicles, marine vessels, power products and aircraft. For the overseas market, we established a factory in Indonesia for mechanical processing. After three years of training in Japan, Indonesian engineers go back and manufacture products of the same quality as those in Japan and supply them locally and for the Japanese market.
