"A clean environment that pays attention to sanitation" The processing room is large enough for our employees to do required work. In the room, they engage in tasks such as slicing or grinding meat, vacuum-packaging or weighing meat, and inspecting meat by using a metal detector. We are making utmost efforts to not only create a clean environment, but also manage employees' health and sanitation.
"Thorough temperature control (storage in the refrigerator and freezer)" The temperatures in the refrigerator and freezer are kept at around 0ºC and around -25ºC, respectively, to surely keep the quality of meat which is susceptible to temperature fluctuations. In addition, we have doors dedicated to either carrying meat in or out, and our employees swiftly do their tasks so as to prevent temperature management from being affected.
"Inspection by public institutions (third-party public institutions)" The public institutions carry out microorganism tests and physicochemical inspections to confirm whether our raw materials and products have quality that complies with regulations.
