Our bases in Japan (Fukushima and Kumamoto Prefectures), USA, and Thailand supply hot-forged iron or non-ferrous products dedicated to transport machinery such as automobiles. We have a QDC press system that allows us to directly do business with automobile manufacturers. We meet requirements from clients and started production in not only Japan, but also foreign countries from early on.
We are able to produce products in various quantities ranging from forged prototypes produced in small lots to mass-produced products. As for the forged prototypes, we are good at delivering them in a short period, contributing to the shortening of clients' development periods and to their cost reduction. We are able to produce various products ranging from small-sized parts the weight of which is at least 300 g to large-sized parts the weight of which is up to 20 kg. These parts include crankshafts, hubs, and gears.
