Motion controller with integrated stepping motor driver
It is a control unit that integrates a stepping motor driver capable of micro-step driving and a motion controller capable of high-accuracy positioning and speed control. The primary axis is for syringe pumps, insertion mechanisms, inspection jigs, etc., and the secondary axis has continuous interpolation, which is ideal for controlling small laser processing machines, dispensers, and various inspection equipment having a precision XY stage. We have already released primary and secondary axes for five-phase stepping motor drivers and developed a secondary axis for two-phase stepping motor drivers. The primary axis for a two-phase stepping motor driver is to be developed. As a result, it can be widely used not only for high-precision XY stages but also for applications requiring highly cost-effective performance such as pick-and-place robots.
Motion control IC
