Seal products are used for various products for the purposes of dust prevention and waterproofing. However, their materials and shapes vary depending on requirements such as the parts to which they are installed, the parts to be sealed, and costs. SINKO RUBBER INDUSTRIES, Ltd. is able to propose optimum shapes and materials, by considering the specifications required for products.    
Vibration-proof rubber
SINKO RUBBER INDUSTRIES, Ltd. produces various types of vibration-proof rubber including engine mount rubber for automobiles and vibration-proof rubber for air conditioner compressor units. In recent years, since the vehicle interior has become quiet as a result of the spread of EV (electric vehicles), demand for suppressing the sound of motors echoing through the vehicle interior has been increasing. Accordingly, we are developing and producing downsized vibration-proof rubber. In some cases, we have been involved in the development and subsequent stages of clients' products: For example, we introduced 3D CAD or CAE analysis software and performed simulations.
