Nano molding technology (NMT) where metal and resin injection moldings are joined
It bonds plastics to metals firmly at the molecular level. The application of NMT forms very stable dimples of 20 to 50 nm uniformly over the entire metal surface. Solid bonding is made possible by fitting resin into these fine dimples through injection molding to crystallize and solidify (anchor effect). Nano adhesion technology (NAT) where strong bonding is realized with an epoxy adhesive
It realizes highly strong adhesion through nano-size surface treatment at the nano level. The application of NAT creates a rough surface on the metal, with a depth of 0.5-5 μm at 1-10 um intervals. It also forms fine pores at 10-300 nm intervals on the uneven surface. They are both covered with a thin layer of metal oxide or metal phosphate. It is possible to achieve strong adhesion by filling the nano-size pores with the adhesive. The bonding is two or three times stronger than conventional bonding methods.
Two-color molding where different materials are molded into one
It is an integrated molding of hard resin and soft resin.
