Simple packaging of 3D items with thin films
We manufacture plastic packing, including commodity packages, trays for medical equipment, and buffer materials for commodity transport. Since all of our molds are produced in-house, our production time is very short. We constructed a new “materializing factory” equipped with laser cutters, injection molding machines and clean rooms. This factory makes full use of vacuum molding technology to “materialize” neew commodities. We developed a desktop molding machine, the ‘V. former’, designed to mold various solid shapes with a thin film and realize single-sided packaging. It eliminates the need for molds and CAD and is simple to operate. Driven from 100V, the V. former is used in a variety of ways including the production of molds for transporting commodities or for confectionery.

[Company strength] As well as meeting our customers’ requests, we also propose designs to realize further functionality or cost reduction. We offer products to aid with efficiently moving commodities in and out of the factory, improve work flow or reduce costs at any stage of a process, or to optimize assemblies. Our desktop vacuum molder, the ‘V. former’ is PSE certified and can be operated from a 100V power supply. It produces a mold from an actual item and is easy to operate. It has earned a glowing reputation in various fields and has numerous applications, including creating molds for transportation of commodities or for confectionery. [Business description] We manufacture product packages (blister packs, shell packs, and slide packs) and trays for transporting parts and components and for medical equipment. We use vacuum molding and manufacture and sell our desktop vacuum molding machine, the ‘V. former’. We have accumulated a great deal of technical expertise and knowledge in the 54 years since our founding. In addition, we have met numerous customers’ demands in a variety of fields. Based on this rich experience, we are always working on better and unique ways to package our customers’ merchandise under to concept of “packing value.” As we take on new challenges, we recently constructed a new factory, equipped with laser cutters, injection molding machines and clean rooms. We have a quality system in place to match international standards such as ISO 14001 and ISO 9001 so that we can provide customers with added values. We will set up a work space in our new factory where our staff can develop products for our designers to implement. We hope to make it a melting pot for innovation that will vitalize Japan’s manufacturing industry.
