We provide services assisting construction of in-house structures for compliance with the Energy Conservation Act and the Global Warming Act. This involves providing in-person assistance with rule establishment and subcommittee operations to ensure that legally mandated in-house structures function properly. We also offer services assisting legally mandated operations under the Energy Conservation Act and the Global Warming Act (data collection and tabulation services and preparation of required reports).

We want to pass down energy resources and a beautiful Earth to the next generation, just like many other people. What exactly do we need to do to reach zero carbon emissions by 2050? Our company believes the answer lies in building the necessary structures and training core personnel to serve on the frontlines of manufacturing and services. Our EcoFitness® tool is packed with knowledge and experience that can reduce CO2 emissions and cut costs by contributing to the establishment of structures and the training of core personnel. We believe we can make use of J-GoodTech to expand our business in the direction of reaching zero carbon emissions by 2050.

Soft ESCO is a word we coined to differentiate our services from ESCOs that introduce hardware upgrade schemes to guarantee results using the potential of highly energy-efficient equipment. Soft ESCO is our company’s original concept that guarantees results by creating core operational personnel. This term has marketability but it is not yet widely recognized. We cannot be indifferent about energy, as investments in renewable energy sources are on the rise and attention is focused on various alternative energies. Soft ESCO will gain further recognition as we communicate the finite nature of resources and our no-risk guaranteed results. We have entered into a capital alliance with Makoto Investments Ltd. for our overseas operations. They have knowledge of Kaizen improvement and extensive business undertakings in English-speaking countries. We are piecing together overseas business platforms with Makoto Investments through training and in-house exchanges.
