We develop the highest-level argon glove boxes in Japan.

We are a start-up company established in 2008. We design, manufacture, and install glove boxes, purification equipment, and vacuum equipment. Argon glove boxes are necessary for secondary battery development. We manufacture argon gas recycling purification equipment and glove boxes, and offer Japan’s highest-level glove boxes guaranteed to have a temperature of -80 °C or lower throughout the box. We also develop compact (10 liter per minute) pure hydrogen purification equipment that uses palladium-silver alloy film for hydrogen gas, which is often used with fuel batteries.
