[Company strength]
Since we can handle pressing, bending, welding and coating from the raw material stage, which is mainly steel, our advantage is that we can implement one-stop orders for machine manufacturing. This includes delivery & installation using our in-house technology with integrated quality processing. Our strength is that we can effectively manufacture along our integrated production line at our large-scale factory.



[Business description]
Our business structure is based around the manufacture of farm machines, which account for 25% of our whole business. In addition, we also manufacture heating/cooling equipment, car washers, power distribution equipment, snowplows and fish processing equipment, as well as building material, etc. Since we manufacture many farm machines and food processing machines, we have strong market presence in Hokkaido, yet we also correspond with customers nationwide.

[Strength of products/technologies]
Steel usually warps when multiple holes are drilled using a turret punch. Our unique technology, which we developed in-house, prevents such warping. Our warp-less drilling technology for iron plates is attracting attention from turret punch manufacturers. We have also introduced a YAG laser-welding machine, which can handle laser welding for areas much smaller than conventional welders. We also own equipment that can weld objects requiring fine detail welding that conventional machines cannot handle.

From the idea of contributing to Hokkaido, we have set our corporate mission to support our employees’ life and to contribute to the local community. Furthermore, we are working towards expanding our business and refining our technology. By taking advantage of our unique technology, experience and know-how, which cannot be achieved by other major companies, we are conducting business to be of help to our clients’ life and business. Since our goal is to contribute to the above, we will also support domestic and overseas enterprises.

We have established a system in Hokkaido, and we have arranged a system with which we can respond to the clients almost anywhere. In the future we would like to proactively expand sales outside of Hokkaido and foreign countries. By balancing our production system and capacity, we would like to positively respond to clients in Hokkaido and overseas.

We are the only company in Japan that can drill without warp, and we are the only private enterprise in Hokkaido that has the fine detail welding technology.

[Joint research and development]
For welding different materials, we have conducted joint research with the Industrial Experimental Station on the YAG laser. In this research, comparisons were made with TIG welding.
