We do business in Japan and overseas, focusing on the research and development of nano technology.

We are a venture enterprise led by Tsukuba University. We develop, manufacture and sell chemical vapor deposition (CVD) equipment. We are also engaged in the film-forming processing of carbon coat films using CVD; development of CVD synthesis equipment for nano carbon materials such as carbon nanotubes and graphene; research and development of functional nano materials such as metals and ceramics; and the surface treatment of powder materials. We do business with Toyota Motor, Honda Motor, Toshiba, YKK and Huawei. Overseas, we have exported to China and India. We have abundant experience and knowledge in the research and development of nano materials and nano technology. We aim to expand by providing optimum solutions to various technical issues, new development projects, commercialization projects, etc.

Rotary CVD carbon film deposition furnace

CVD apparatus for carbon film deposition to silicon negative electrode materials of lithium-ion batteries

This is a DVD furnace where hydrocarbon gas is implemented to uniformly form a carbon film on the surface of silicon or its composite material. Silicon is the negative electrode material of next-generation lithium-ion batteries. The furnace core tube is continuously rotated to perform the CVD process while agitating the sample powder in the furnace to coat a clean and uniform carbon film.

As well as using our accumulated abilities, we are also obtaining new knowledge and abilities through challenging projects.

1. We will actively show our products at exhibitions in order to expand sales of our CVD equipment for applying CVD carbon coatings on the negative electrode of lithium ion batteries.
