[Company strength]
We created an employee-friendly work environment by introducing both a childcare leave system and nursing care leave system that exceed the requirements stipulated by law, and by establishing a childcare facility at our business place, under the motto “A company is its people”, which is directly related to the manufacture of high-quality products. We carry out integrated production from designing and manufacture of press molds to press processing, and handle a wide range of orders from multiple-item, small-quantity production to mass production according to the customers’ requirements, using progressive molds, simplified progressive molds, single molds and an automatic roll bending machine. We are a research and development-type enterprise continually developing and offering new techniques, while also conducting joint research with universities and public organizations.

[Business description]
We provide high-quality low-priced products through integrated production from designing and manufacture of press molds to press processing, using our original “simplified progressive molds” in small-quantity production. Our main business lines are as follows. 
Precision press products: We manufacture precision parts that must be refined/downsized, such as parts for printers, TV tuners and medical devices, and we also handle multiple-item, small-lot production. 
Press molds: We carry out CAD designing and manufacture of molds by wire electrical discharge machining. We have a mold factory at our facilities, and all orders are processed through our integrated production system that covers everything from design and manufacture of molds to mass-production press forming of products.

[Strength of products/technologies]
Our main strength is our system for continually working on manufacturing technology and development. Our current activities include the following: (1) Minimum thickness t = 0.08 mm. We handle a wide range of requests including those for materials from stainless steel, nickel silver, and phosphor bronze to hard-to-process materials. We have ultrafine (holes with an outer diameter  of 0.38 mm and inner dimeter of 0.22 mm in metal with a plate thickness t of 0.25 mm) press processing techniques. (2) We provide cost benefits by using simplified progressive molds built using our original construction method (presswork technique for sheet metal, cutting/etching processed parts from VE/VA proposals). (3) Technology for bonding metal and resin using a TRI system. (4) We have a research and development department, and precision press forming technology using nanosize metal ultrafine particles (enabling the manufacture of high-strength parts with excellent size accuracy by powder forming).



[Representative's message]
We focus on the research, development and manufacture of medical equipment parts, particularly minute parts for which there is growing demand due to the popularization of low-invasive treatment, utilizing the fine press processing technology we have cultivated over the years. We also continually conduct research and development to meet the various needs of our customers, for example, “metal nanoparticle precision powder forming” realized through joint research with Hirosaki University, and our “ultrafine press processing” technology. We will continue to develop not only the Japanese market, but also the overseas market, with “fine parts,” which is our core business.

[Company structure for market development/overseas expansion]
Our market is mainly in Japan, and we actively seek new customers by displaying our products at several exhibitions a year, with our president and sales staff handling inquiries. We have not yet started overseas transactions, but we are confident of our ability to carry out overseas sales of fine parts, etc., which is our core business. We can handle various requests as required.
