[Company strength]
Our strength is that we can receive orders for plastic dies and carry out consistent production, from injection molding to secondary processing such as printing and assembly. We have a proven track record of high-mix small-lot production and production of up to five million products per month in accordance with customers’ needs. We have achieved the production of dies without paper by making full use of IT, and have recently established production using a state-of-the-art unmanned system. Our production parts are used in various parts found in daily life, such as parts related to medical equipment, in-vehicle interior/exterior furnishing, measuring equipment, disaster prevention, entertainment and robots. Our quality assurance system and security management are as good as our production system.

[Business description]
We are a comprehensive maker of plastic parts, with customers in various fields such as medical equipment, in-vehicle interior and exterior furnishing and measuring equipment. Our main businesses are designing and manufacturing of plastic dies, injection forming and processing (40–350t), ultrasonic welding, various adhesions, screen/pad printing, assembly, 3D printers (thermally dissolving and laminating method), etc. We have a base in Aizuwakamatsu City in Fukushima Prefecture, and are committed to manufacturing high-quality plastic products.

[Strength of products/technologies]
We carry out simulations (flow analyses) of malfunctions without exception before die production, and aim to achieve outstanding Monozukuri from the trial manufacture stage. We have recently confirmed that, regarding the gas generated during melting of resin, when special pins (gas vents of 0.005-0.05) are provided directly under a spool and in the runner part, in comparison a of the cycles/mold clamping forces before and after installation, the cycles decrease by 30% in the 180t class, and mold clamping forces also decrease by 25% (reduction to 130t). Our customers appreciate that we have a die manufacturing base and a mass-production/assembly base in the same place for easy management, and that they can therefore leave everything to us.

[Representative's message]
We have prepared an environment suitable for products in various fields for Monozukuri with our collective strengths and consistent production. Almost 40 years have passed since our foundation. We aim at not the traditional passive “Monozukuri” but more creative and active “Monozukuri” utilizing the wealth of knowledge and experience we have cultivated. We sincerely hope that finished product makers will use our products from the planning and developing stage.

Our business department, with both senior managing directors and the president, is constantly opening up new fields, thus gaining new customers in fields we have not entered, and introducing new technologies to existing customers. Through proposal-type business, we ensure total coordination right up to the delivery of finished products.
