We will accelerate global expansion by promoting our unique waste treatment agent.

We developed “Super Pasattoru,” a waste treatment agent for crisis management, which instantly deodorizes and solidifies waste for disposal or incineration. At the same time, we are participating in M&A of hospitals, nursing facilities, esthetic salons, etc., and consulting on trade in real estate including land, residences, commercial buildings, and hotels. We deliver our products to customers in various fields, such as Mitsubishi Paper Mills, Skylark Group, New Otani, Harada Corp., Orix, Odax, University of Tsukuba Hospital, Tokyo Women’s Medical University, Shizuoka Prefecture, and Sinanen Zeomic. We have done business with a company in Hong Kong, and we plan to develop overseas sales channels through companies in Europe, the U.S., Taiwan and Thailand.

[Company strength]
Our experience in the real estate business gives us an advantage in responding to actual situations on site. We provide emergency supplies to the government, and waste treatment agents to hospitals, nursing facilities, the Skylark Group (3,000 restaurants and shops), pubs, the luxury Japanese-style Hotel New Otani, Orix, and supermarket chains (for cleaning up broken bottles of liquor, perfume, etc.). Our waste treatment agents are also used and highly evaluated in public places such as kindergartens, suburban trains, Shinkansen, buses, taxies, rental cars, and airplanes. We also provide the treatment agent to the Hong Kong market, and plan to expand to Europe, the U.S., Taiwan, Thailand, Dubai, and other markets.

[Business description]
Our company was founded in 2008 as a real estate firm participating in M&A of hospitals, nursing facilities, esthetic salons, etc., and consulting (for business) on trade in real estate including land, residences, commercial buildings, and hotels, and has been highly evaluated by our customers. Six years ago, we developed “Super Pasattoru” as a waste treatment agent to solve a management crisis encountered while running the real estate business. We also developed the anti-norovirus agent “Premium Super Pasattoru” two years ago. In addition, we worked with a major company to jointly develop a product (patented) specifically for treating urine and blood. Accordingly, we will be expanding our business into new fields under the key words “disaster” and “environment”.

[Strength of products/technologies]
The high evaluation of our products’ superior performance has resulted in the development of imitation products by other companies. “Super Pasattoru” is sprinkled on waste to deodorize and solidify it for disposal or incineration, and also prevents the spread of bacteria. The features of the product are deodorization, instant solidification (within approximately one minute), antibacterial, adsorption and no release, inactivation of bacteria within 24 hours, and convenient disposal as garbage. In product development, we consider all potential advantages to the user according to the situation and place of use.

We will develop various products from the viewpoint of the users or facility owners under the key message “Making troublesome cleaning easier”. We will also develop products directly related to “disaster” or “environment” to provide people with comfort not only in Japan but all over the world. Our goal is to eliminate discomfort and inconvenience in daily life by introducing our products to the world.

We actively participate in exhibitions held by governments, public support providers, financial institutions, and others. It is very important to us to effectively capture the needs of the exhibition visitors and the problems in the market, and to actively propose applications of our products. We have prepared eight different pamphlets in English for the overseas market, and are currently developing our market in Hong Kong. We plan to expand our business by developing overseas sales channels through companies in Europe, the U.S., Taiwan and Thailand.
