Our company has the following advantages.

[Business description]
Our company mainly manufactures parts for manufacturers of fuel injection devices for diesel engines. We have been dedicated to NC lathing to meet orders for machining ever since our foundation. We have recently been promoting equipment investment in composite processing machines in order to build up an assembly (modular product) delivery system. We have procured four machines (Mazak INTEGREX-i200i, DMG-MORI NTX 1000/S, and so on) and we are now using them to manufacture high-precision, high-quality parts. We have an integrated system from material procurement to processing (lathing, machining, grinding, and surface treatment) based on over 10 partner factories in our neighborhood.

[Strength of products/technologies]
Our advantages include composite processing machines capable of manufacturing high-quality parts with high accuracy in a single chucking. We can process parts made of SKD and other difficult-to-machine materials by making use of various precision processing technologies from lathing and cutting to grinding. Our company also excels at precision processing of various round parts ranging from diameter 10 to 300. We can manufacture small parts and cast parts using automatic machines at partner factories. We possess measuring equipment including two coordinate measuring machines, various optical measuring machines, and contour measuring machines for quality assurance. We ship high-quality products by making the most of these measuring technologies.

We have an integrated production system that includes our partner companies in the neighborhood. This system is small but covers from material procurement to processing and treatment. We particularly excel at composite processing of round parts from diameter 10 to 300. We are also cost-competitive in manufacturing small lots (10 to 100 pieces). We have a quality assurance system ready to satisfy the quality and inspection standards you request by holding individual meetings with dedicated inspectors. We will make the utmost use of J-GoodTech for sales channel development and overseas expansion.

We are developing sales channels with the LMG Group by sharing information. The manager takes the lead in meeting the needs of major companies and providing technical consulting. We have a quality assurance system based on the ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management System. Our equipment investments mainly focus on composite processing machines. We are proud of our quality management system based on our enriched measuring equipment. Our company will proactively develop sales channels by making use of J-GoodTech. We will further promote technical innovations with the ultimate goal of overseas expansion.
