[Company strength]
In the thin processing of aluminum for electronic balances, it is important to minimize the dimension (0.3 mm ± 0.02) and inconsistencies at eight thin-wall portions. We have a solid track record of 0.1 mm. In the manufacturing of electric tool parts, we can also perform mirror surface processing of inner diameter (Ra0.24 Rz1.3) by using a spur roll, as well as outer diameter grinding.



[Business description]
We manufacture the core parts of meters and electric tools. The meter parts are mass produced by automated night-time operation. The thin processing of aluminum, which is the key part of electronic balances, is conducted by horizontal machining. The electric tool parts are processed by lathe turning, machining, quenching and grinding, mainly with cylinders, sleeves and metals. We handle various products by using processing technology for integrated production from trial manufacturing to mass production.

[Strength of products/technologies]
We manufacture 2,000 parts for electronic balances per month. Since we also make the jigs in-house, we can handle everything from trial manufacturing to mass production in an integrated manner. This enables us to deliver the quantity required while reducing costs. In spur roll processing, we finish the product extremely smoothly without any plastic deformation caused by the spur roll, thanks to our excellent inner-diameter machining technology in the previous process. For high productivity, the cost can be reduced by replacing the inner-diameter grinding with spur roll processing.

By applying our experience and processing technologies accumulated since our foundation, we have rationalized the business and saved labor. We carry out QCD-based production activity from the customer’s viewpoint. Our certified skilled workers of Level 1 and 2 will determine the optimum method for the application, and will improve the accuracy and reduce the cost. One sales staff and two indirect unit staff will make preparations so that we can actively participate in exhibitions and events in the future.
