We manufacture components for specialized machines and power-saving devices, precise experimental products, jigs, etc. We supply products mainly to the automobile and aircraft industries. We have accumulated know-how since the company was founded, and are confident in our thin product processing techniques for vacuum devices. The bottom surfaces are sucked by a vacuum chuck to maintain surface accuracy and surface roughness. With even thickness, it is possible to achieve stable measurement with processing dimensions within an error of 0.05. In the future, to expand our business we will fully enter the aerospace market which has great growth potential.

Although small, our company has been improving its processing techniques for many years since it was founded in 1990. Our strength is our experience and know-how. Regarding processed jigs designed and manufactured by us, we have experience with difficult-to-cut materials and the like including mass production of 6AL4V titanium , and are skilled at uniquely designing and manufacturing special jigs. Moreover, we have established a system for manufacturing high-quality products in response to customers’ needs with a variety of facilities.

[Strength of products/technologies]
Our main skill is thin product processing techniques using vacuum devices. In order to maintain better surface accuracy and surface roughness for processing thin products, we fix the bottom surface with a vacuum chuck and make the thickness even, achieving stability with a processing scale within an error of 0.05. Special processed jigs and proper selection of cutting processing conditions are essential for high precision, and we have the ability to satisfy such requirements. We also utilize a machining center with strong main shaft, and are able to perform processing at high speed to produce complex shapes through multiple changes of setup. We achieve high precision by processing while pressing a reference surface.

Worldwide, the aircraft industry is worth about 60 trillion yen, of which the Japanese market is worth about 14 trillion yen. The market is expected to increase 2.5-fold in the next 20 years, particularly for the planned increase in production of the Boeing 777 and 787, increase in production of Japan’s first small jet airliner developed by Mitsubishi Aircraft Corporation, and so on. Considering these circumstances, we will actively approach companies in the aerospace industry in the future.
