[Company strength]
Our company was founded with the cooperation of the late Dr. Genichi Taguchi, who was the inventor of the MT system and an advocate of the Taguchi statistical methods. His honors included being a U.S. Automotive Hall of Fame Inductee and an honorary member of the American Society of Mechanical Engineers. We have connections with the academic world, primarily through the Robust Quality Engineering Society, and have completed business transactions with over 100 companies, including a number of listed corporations. We celebrated our tenth anniversary in 2015. We have built our reputation by supplying seminar lecturers on MT systems to the Union of Japanese Scientists and Engineers (JUSE) and through lectures at other corporations and research societies. We have acquired the rights to seven patents in Japan and overseas. 

[Business description]
Our business is software development and consulting for MT systems, which is a type of pattern recognition technology. The main applications of our MT systems are product inspections (targeting vibration, images, and other parameters), plant monitoring, and equipment monitoring. We offer a product line-up to enable corporations apply their MT systems in an orderly fashion. This covers from software for system verifications in Excel to software that can be installed on-site via high-speed desktop system verification.

[Strength of products/technologies]
MT systems offer outstanding processing speeds and pattern recognition performance which are superior to most technologies. We develop basic MT system software (engines) with excellent processing speeds and computational precision. We can provide our software as a finished inspection or monitoring software package or as an engine library. We also possess proprietary technology for extracting waveform characteristics. This technology provides high-precision detection of non-conformity when combined with MT system pattern technology.

MT systems are a pattern recognition technology with a solid mathematical foundation. I co-authored “An Introduction to MT Systems,” which was published by JUSE Press. An English edition of the book was published in 2012 to spread knowledge of MT systems overseas. The University of Technology Malaysia uses this book as a graduate school textbook. I also maintain correspondence with researchers in this field from around the world. Our company is small, in terms of the number of employees. This is why we are moving ahead with plans to form an alliance with a major corporation in order to develop overseas markets.
