We are a long-established manufacturer that specializes in dedicated threshers for beans.

We are a specialized manufacturer of bean threshers. Our main product is the ATR-S type bean thresher. It has the top share in Tokachi Subprefecture, which is a bean production area. This product mounts equipment that can separate earth and sand so as to avoid injury and discoloration of the bean surface. Equipment for automatically discharging unnecessary branches and pods is also attached. We have continued to flexibly design and manufacture machines according to the opinions of farmers. We plan to develop large-scale machines and combine harvesters in order to support future needs.

[Company strength]
We have been advancing business that closely relates to Tokachi Subprefecture since our foundation in 1959 as a manufacturer of bean threshers. Tokachi Subprefecture is Japan’s largest bean production area. Threshing requires a large amount of labor in the harvesting process. Our enterprise advances original development regarding threshing while directly listening to farmers’ opinions about requested modifications and so on. We are a manufacturer that can continuously develop business so we can satisfy ever-diversifying needs. Our labor-saving products can support farmers who face a shortage of successors.

We are involved in labor saving in threshing work as a specialized bean thresher manufacturer while responding to farmer needs in Tokachi Subprefecture, which is Japan’s main bean production area. Combine harvesters are mainly used for mass-consumption soybeans. There are needs for machines that can support detailed requirements for threshing Adzuki red beans and Kintoki red kidney beans. We have received the trust of local farmers in the Tokachi Subprefecture because we have responded to such needs in detail.

Equipment for automatically discharging unnecessary branches and pods is also attached. We have continued to flexibly design and manufacture machines according to user opinions from farmers. The cultivation area per farmhouse is tending to increase because of the shortage of successors among farmers, and large machines will be required in the near future. We are planning to develop large-scale machines and combine harvesters in order to support such needs.
