We support the automotive industry by creating CAD/CAM mold data.

We create CAD/CAM data, with a focus on producing and selling CAD/CAM data for automotive molds. We do business with many major domestic Japanese automakers such as Toyota Motor, Nissan Motor, Honda, Mitsubishi Motors, Mazda, Hino Motors, Isuzu Motors, and Daihatsu Motor. Our company also creates CG videos. We are involved in machining operations, and we opened a machining technology center in 2007. Our company has an established track record of using five-axis machining to handle shapes with accuracy requirements that cannot be satisfied with three-axis machining. We have obtained numerous patents, including a patent for a press-shearing mold equipped with a rotary cutter.

[Company strength]
We have been involved in creating CAD/CAM data for automotive molds since our establishment in 1988, and have accepted orders from many large domestic Japanese automakers. We opened a machining technology center in 2007 to carry out machining operations, and particularly simultaneous five-axis machining. Our company has researched state-of-the-art five-axis machining techniques to handle shapes with accuracy requirements that cannot be satisfied with three-axis machining.

[Strength of products/technologies]
CAD/CAM data: We excel in creating NC data sets that do not require skilled finishing operators and in developing machining processes that shorten cutting times. Our customers have praised the technical sophistication behind our precision NC data sets, which facilitate molding without distortion or cracking forming in sheet steel during press operations.
Creation of CG videos: We have built a CG video production line that efficiently converts 2D drawings into 3D models and then into videos.
Machining: Our company creates high-added-value data for five-axis control CAM operations by making use of the expertise and technology we have gained from NC data creation. We introduced state-of-the-art five-axis machining centers and have put significant resources into developing machining processes that fully utilize the benefits of five-axis machining.

All our employees carry out their endeavors following our company’s policies of taking on any and all challenges, refining skills and technologies that have value, and bringing passion to our work. We continually conduct various kinds of technical training and study, and we also adopt and incorporate the latest techniques. This includes reverse engineering for CAD/CAM operations, and thin-wall processing for machining operations. It also encompasses AR technology for our highly rated engineering animations, which are geared to assist in manufacturing and to teach manufacturing skills to future generations. We look forward to serving many more customers.

[Company structure for market development/overseas expansion]
We are not continuing with a sales approach in which we accept or reject work offers within the scope of our current operations. We are working to broaden the areas of expertise of both our sales personnel and engineers. Our goal is to take on any and all offers while simultaneously giving better service to our partner companies. We are dedicated to maintaining the flexibility to change ourselves to stay abreast of changing markets.
