[Company strength]
We are a die manufacturer, and we have created many more drawing dies than other kinds of metal press dies. We also excel at progressive dies that are intended for mass production and unattended operation. Plastic product injection molding is another of our specialties. We can manufacture all kinds of molding dies entirely in-house, including design and manufacturing and production with the die (press working, resin molding). We are committed to making daily improvements and enhancing our technology so that we can offer high-quality products in short turnarounds at low prices.

We design, manufacture, and maintain press dies, resin dies, and various other dies. We also design and maintain dedicated machines and automated machines, manufacture press working goods and resin moldings, and offer jig, tool and precision part machining.

We can handle integrated production (design, manufacturing, trial runs, and mass production) of 3D shaped parts and precision parts (machining, manufacturing) in addition to dies. We have an extensive stock of equipment including multiple machining centers, wire cut EDM equipment, flat and form grinders, lathes, and power press machines to satisfy various customer needs.

Like the earth nurtures crops tenderly, our job is to make dies as the base material for shaping unshaped material, and we find joy in pursuing this work. We might make dies for forming flat stainless steel into a sink or a steel plate into a heating oil tank, or for making unshaped resin into various plastic products. Dies are tools for making things, as well as a combination of technologies that determines a product’s value. We find the joy of Monozukuri craftsmanship in working with customers, and carrying out planning, design, and manufacturing to deliver highly reliable products.

We hold internal training sessions for employees to improve their skills.
