[Company strength]
A feature of our company is that we have a good balance of hardware and software staff members, which is rare in SMEs. This is how we have established a system that enables us to conduct integrated in-house development. We can also handle quick deliveries with our efficient development capabilities. We have original products, so we have superior power in planning and proposing projects. Another advantage is that we can provide feedback on recent customer needs and technology trends with these proposals, because we can ascertain needs directly from the market (customers).

[Business description]
We develop, manufacture, and sell computer-related products. We have particular advantages in custom-order development of measurement and control equipment using microcomputers. We have a track record of development dating back more than 30 years, starting from our predecessor organization. Our main products are electric inspection equipment and equipment such as social infrastructure. We now focus on developing tools used by developers of vehicles such as automobiles. Our original product lineup includes the ViCSiM CAN and LIN communications simulator and monitor, the PA-S2000 USB digital oscilloscope, and so on.

[Strength of products/technologies]
The CAN and LIN standards are defined by the ISO for communications in vehicles, and are generally utilized around the world. We are one of Japan’s few third-party providers of related tools, and we rank among the top companies in terms of cost performance. We sell original products such as the ViCSiM CAN and LIN communications simulator and monitor. We can also take advantage of our comprehensive in-house development capabilities to develop custom-order equipment based on your requirements. This is one of our advantages. Our big advantage is that we can customize articles for each customer, unlike the major manufacturers. (Specifications have subtle differences according to the manufacturer.)

[Representative's message]
Our ViCSiM CAN and LIN communications simulator and monitor was selected by JETRO as a promising export project. We have a native speaker of Chinese in our development group, and we have been advancing overseas activities (mainly in China and Malaysia) since 2012. We concluded an agency agreement with Actronics (Shanghai) in China and are carrying out joint business. We have just started our activities in Malaysia. We initiated contact with the head of the Development Center of Perodua Manufacturing, which is a domestic automobile manufacturer in Malaysia. We have not yet obtained actual results in either country, but we anticipate future expansion because we think there is considerable room for further development in the automobile industry.

[Company structure for market development/overseas expansion]
Our dedicated sales staff regularly visit clients in the domestic Japanese market. We also do business with several sales agents, including Higashi Nihon Denshi Keisoku and Nihon Denkei. We concluded an agency agreement with Actronics (Shanghai) in China. We have not yet concluded a formal contract in Malaysia, but we entrusted investigation activities to ExcelTest Co. (Kuala Lumpur). We concluded a technology tie-up agreement with HanilProTech (Korea), which does business with Hyundai Motors, and we are complementing each other’s technologies. We also hold English lessons twice a week with an American instructor to enhance the English-language proficiency of our staff.

German products have had the dominant market share for these types of products. We are a recent entry to the market. Our current share may be only several percent, but our goal is to increase our share to about 30%.
