We manufacture and develop various parts that have the accuracy and characteristics required for industrial machine parts. We can also provide flexible support for trial manufacturing, low-volume production, delivery in a short period, and sudden changes. We have been making the best use of our ideas to develop our original equipment in an integrated manner from design to drawings, processing, and assembly. Our electric perilla leaf processing machine and equipment for bottling seasonings can automate steps that had been treated manually before. We can also deliver PGS sheet cut equipment, electrode silver spraying equipment for semiconductor parts, transmission shaft drilling machines, and so on, according to customer requests.

We can make the best use of ideas brought in by the customer to support integrated manufacturing from design to drawings, processing, and assembly. We are also developing our original products and equipment by taking advantage of the wealth of experience, ideas, and high technology we have accumulated so far.

We manufacture and mechanically assemble metal, resin, Bakelite, and other parts according to customer requests. These parts are used in industrial machines such as electric and electronic manufacturing equipment and automobile parts manufacturing equipment. We also independently design and manufacture various processing machines.

[Strength of products/technologies]
We can process iron and stainless steel, as well as difficult-to-process materials such as titanium and tungsten. We can do this with µm processing accuracy, and outer dimensions of 300 × 400 × 300 mm. We will deliver a product on the same day at the shortest. We possess various kinds of processing equipment in order to achieve this performance. This includes two sets of high-speed wire EDM processors and eight sets of machining centers. We also have certified highly skilled technicians, first-grade certified mechanical technicians, and certified technical supervisors. These human resources constitute our biggest advantage. We can cooperate with our partner factories to receive one-stop orders including steps like quenching, sheet metal processing, welding, and plating, and deliver products according to customer requests.

We will do our best to improve our product quality in cooperation with our partner companies in Hokkaido or elsewhere. Milling is the main processing we conduct in our company.
