[Company strength]
Our company’s biggest strength is that we are one of the few companies in Yamagata Prefecture that possess such an extensive range of production equipment. This allows us to handle various castings, forgings, and precision machining of various materials, for prototype making or mass production. This includes NC lathes (90 units), vertical machining centers (60 units), horizontal machining centers (15 units), turret lathes, normal lathes, gun drilling machines, honing machines, lapping machines, and grinding machines. We also possess a series of inspection equipment. Our second-biggest strength is that we have extensive know-how on machining, milling, and casting (such as optimal processing conditions and methods, and blade selection). This enables us to meet a wide variety of needs. 

[Business description]
Our company operates two plants in Yamagata City, with many NC lathes, machining centers, and other machining tools. We conduct machining (such as cutting, grinding, and polishing), and manufacture jigs and tools. Our lines of business include machining various parts used in large trucks, heavy machinery, construction, machinery, agricultural machinery, ships, and so on. We manufacture complex jigs and tools with sharp angles, and assemble joints (coupling).

[Strength of products/technologies]
Our company adopts an integrated production system for controlling the manufacturing processes for each product, because it stabilizes quality and makes production flexible, which is our strength. We manufacture many different kinds of parts for many different industries, and each requires many manufacturing processes. We almost always decide on a standardized manufacturing process and create a process drawing before manufacturing such parts. Each group leader for the project then issues all the instructions centrally, based on the process drawing. We possess more NC lathes and machining centers than other machining tools in order to operate this way, because they can be used for a wider range of purposes. We have also introduced other machining tools. This is because some precision machining products need gun drilling (hole diameter 3, with depth exceeding 400 mm). Products may also require honing (a honing center with ATC is used if the hole diameter is different; surface roughness is around Rz 1.6), or grinding. We try to make use of this equipment to meet all the needs that come up in the manufacturing process.

Our company has improved its technologies and skills in the machining field, which is our main line of business, during the 55 years since our establishment. This has been done by using NC lathes and machining centers. We supply high-quality parts, mainly to large truck manufacturers. We will continue to build our own unique framework and introduce equipment based on our many years of experience for stable and continuous growth. We will actively proceed with market development by making use of J-GoodTech.

[Company structure for market development/overseas expansion]
Our customers are located throughout Japan. We have sales representatives who can quickly respond to technical inquires and advanced needs, sometimes by visiting the customer. Our production sites include the Zao (doubles as our head office) and Tachiyagawa plants in Yamagata City. We have established a sales office in Saitama Prefecture (Higashimatsuyama City). The sale office works with the head office as the point of contact in sales and market cultivation activities to smoothly respond to actual needs.
