[Company strength]
We think that we have an advantage in our accumulation of new technology that can convert a single wire into an elastic spring. We have provided our customers with springs from single articles to a million pieces with high precision, quick delivery, and very short turnarounds. We have been handling difficult-to-process products and strict delivery dates that cannot be dealt with by other companies since our foundation. We also have advantages because of the small size of our factory, such as full flexibility according to customer needs.

[Business description]
We have been offering products including precision springs for automobiles to a wide range of fields since our foundation. We are confident that flexibility and stiffness are crucial mechanical elements in these products. We always take on the challenge of processing special steel, high-strength materials, and difficult-to-process materials, with the aim of creating products that satisfy our customers. We will support customers with a wide range of processing from micro springs for medical treatment to thick springs for construction machines.

[Strength of products/technologies]
We can conduct integrated in-house production of a wide range of springs with element wire diameters from 14 μm to 12 mm. Our processing range is the widest in the industry, so you can make a one-stop order with us rather than issuing orders to many suppliers. Our 14-μm element wire is the thinnest size in the world. We possess dedicated coiling equipment. We also have a wide range of knowledge and achievements with materials that are seldom seen on the market, tungsten, titanium, and precious metal and other special steels. We have advantages in processing articles with difficult shapes. We have a track record of mass-producing articles with a spring index (D/d) of 2.3 to 75.

We actively exhibit our products at domestic Japanese and overseas trade shows and increase our opportunities to acquire many potential customers. We have constructed a corporate system for overseas expansion. This includes participating in trade shows, creating an English website, publishing an English PR brochure, and making use of the Support Project on Promising Export Business by JETRO.
