[Company strength]
We specialize in manufacturing various pressure vessels in both the class 1 and 2 categories, as well as towers and tanks for industrial purposes. These include extraction towers, tube reactors, storage tanks, and silo hoppers. We provide services from design and manufacturing to installation according to customer needs, which our experienced engineering sales staff can handle flexibly without imposing a burden on the customer. Our craftsmen have extensive experience and welding qualifications (JIS-certified welders, and licensed special or ordinary boiler welders) and we have an ISO 9001-based quality control system. This is how we produce high-quality products.

Our customers include building equipment and plant equipment companies, as well as heavy industry manufacturers. We offer made-to-order products such as pressure vessels, towers and vessels, storage tanks, general cans, and welded pipes, and we design, manufacture, install, and maintain industrial machines. We carry out integrated processing from design to cutting, bending, assembly, welding, inspection, coating, and installation. All our employees work hard every day to produce new products in response to customer needs, based on the trust we have cultivated through over 50 years of business.

[Strength of products/technologies]
We hold a license for manufacturing pressure vessels with sizes up to a maximum diameter of 3,500 mm, a maximum length of 12,000 mm, and pressure resistance of 63 kilograms per square centimeter. We use steel plates with a thickness of 4 to 16 mm, such as SS400, SB410, SF440A, SM520B, SUS304, SUS316L, SUS444, and SUS304 clad steels. Most of our craftsmen are highly skilled, and are licensed special or ordinary boiler welders. Our response capabilities have expanded to a high level because of our long history of applying a build-to-order manufacturing system for single items.

We work to deliver products that come to earn the customer’s trust, and provide services including maintenance work from the customer’s point of view. We have staff in charge of new customers in the engineering sales department as a point of contact to respond to inquiries from major companies. They are able to deal with both sales and technical questions right away, and can visit the customer’s site to solve problems if necessary.
