[Company Strengths]
We have been expanding our business of precision plastic metal mold design and production as well as mold processing since our foundation. This is based on our principle of making excellent products that go beyond customer expectations. Our company strength lies in the advanced technology we have built up over our 40 years of history in the field of precision plastic processing. Our company suffered from the Great East Japan Earthquake, so we had to transfer our head office functions to their current location. However, this is how we were able to consolidate three associated companies to resume operations together as a main plant. This was done while further enhancing communications, logistics, production management, and quality management as an integrated company. We have also developed global production bases located in Vietnam, India, the Philippines, and China. We conduct in-house mold processing, and we have also expanded our services of metal mold design and production. This is how we were able to establish a system for Monozukuri craftsmanship capable of satisfying client requests in collaboration with these global production bases.

[Business Description]
We design and manufacture metal molds for plastic products, conduct plastic product molding, manufacturing and distribution, and assemble plastic products. We have been providing precision plastic metal mold design and production as well as mold processing since our foundation in 1974, and our advanced technologies have been highly evaluated in this field. We provide integrated processing services from drawing reception as well as metal mold design and production to molding. We have established a global production system in collaboration with our production bases located in Japan and also in Vietnam, India, the Philippines, and China.

[Product and Technology Strengths]
We have been working to apply our Monozukuri craftsmanship to realize intricate manufacturing works that cannot normally be controlled by machine processing. This has been highly evaluated, and our products are widely used as molding components where high precision is required. They are used for optical products (digital cameras, projectors, and mobile cameras) and automotive products (circular objects manufactured by applying camera component production technology, and automotive connectors). They are also used for medical equipment and cosmetics products (circular objects manufactured by applying camera component production technology). Optical products are our major products. Manufacturing lens housings requires accuracy on the order of single microns for forming complex shapes. Our technology can completely satisfy this production requirement.     

[Representative’s Message]
Our company has been working for many years to accumulate experience and technology in the field of precision processing in the plastic industry. We make use of our accumulated experience and technology to take on further horizontal expansion of our business in new fields of industry. Even in this era of environmental change in production and globalization we have continued to provide our services based on our five management principles. These are: customer first; quality is the life of our company; technology is a treasure; on-time delivery indicates company power; and price is prosperity. We advance our business based on our ten rules for a good working attitude in addition to these five principles. We are developing our production bases in Japan and also abroad. We aim to further develop our business with our production system in which all production bases cooperate with each other.
