Our company offers coreless motor products and technologies to customers who need them.
Our coreless motor has an air core coil instead of an iron core as a rotor. This method offers many advantages, such as eliminating cogging, evenly paced rotation, and lower power consumption. We design and manufacture coreless motors and coreless generators, and develop, prototype, and produce air core coils. Our strong point is that we can make use of our original winding technique to offer compact, high-torque motors from single articles on a made-to-order basis. [Business description] Our basic policy is to make use of our original manufacturing technology to offer high-efficiency motors at low cost to customers who cannot be satisfied with general-purpose motors. Our main business is coreless motor design and production. Our coreless motor rotates an air core coil instead of an iron core to realize many advantages. These include eliminating cogging, a much lighter rotor, faster and evenly paced rotation, and lower power consumption. Our business lines include coreless motor and coreless generator design and production as well as air core coil development, prototyping, and production. [Industry] Precision equipment assembly [Strength of products/technologies] Our original winding technique involves winding the coil perpendicularly against the rotation axis. This maximizes rotational force by making a right angle with the coil’s current and the magnetic field. Our compact, high-torque motors are lighter, smaller, and more energy-saving than conventional motors. They are also more responsive, and rotate at higher speeds because of their smaller inertia. Our motors have been adopted for autonomous robots, optical instruments, portable pumps, radio control units, and card readers.
