We implement advanced equipment earlier than anyone else to add something extra to our in-house machining technologies. This includes machines for ultrasonic rotary processing and water-jet processing, and 3D printer technology. Our corporate organization is flexible enough to realize multiple skills for high-mix low-volume production and quickly implement an appropriate shift system according to the volume of an order. We also stock specific materials for quick turnarounds and competitive pricing. We can accept orders from other fields because we have many partner companies. We have an integrated production system for development, which covers from design to manufacturing and assembly control.


[Business description]
Our company manufactures precision parts for OA equipment, electric and electronic machines, medical equipment, aircraft, and automobiles as well as consumable parts for production lines. We excel at processing difficult-to-machine materials and brittle materials. We possess multiple technologies. These include precision machining of ceramics and other very hard materials, high-precision modeling using a 3D printer, and water-jet processing of carbon fiber reinforced plastics (CFRP) and other materials. We now make use of these technologies to tackle manufacturing products with high added value. We also create trial products and manufacture and sell jigs and tools as well as labor-saving equipment.

[Strength of products/technologies]
Our product and technical advantages involve our four core technologies.
(1) Manufacturing department: Qualified technicians perform hole drilling (from diameter 0.05 mm) and other kinds of precision part machining (1 μm parallelism, and so on) by making use of their high-level skills.
(2) Development department: We have confidence in price competition because we manufacture parts in-house under an integrated production system from design to assembly control.
(3) Ceramics department: Mold creation is unnecessary because we stock specific materials and manufacture products by machining them. This is why we are superior in turnarounds.
(4) 3D printer department: Scanning and in-house modeling make trial manufacturing easy.


[Representative's message]
We will actively participate in various exhibitions and trade fairs without limiting ourselves to specific industries. Our goal is to make people aware of the unique technologies and production system we have cultivated to date. We will carry out careful publicity making use of hard-copy media such as newspapers and information media such as websites and YouTube to identify market needs and develop sales channels. We will seek out technologies and the potential for overseas production rather than extend our businesses overseas. This is why we intend to shift major Japanese companies from overseas production to domestic production (by our company).

[Company structure for market development/overseas expansion]
The president is personally in charge of satisfying the needs of major companies and developing sales channels. We make proposals under the leadership of the president and solve issues based on thorough meetings involving the people responsible in technical fields. The responsible staff members in the development, manufacturing, and ceramics departments provide technical consulting and visit partner companies as required for sincere customer support. We are now considering preparations for establishing an overseas expansion system while further promoting sales channel development. (We are currently seeking out technologies and the potential for overseas production to shift major Japanese companies from overseas production to domestic production by our company.)

[Market share/Ranking]
Our major market is the three prefectures in the northern Tohoku region. We also do business with customers in the Kanto region and some in the Kansai region. We believe that our company has an increasing degree of familiarity in business circles in the north of the Tohoku region.
