[Company strength]
We excel at design molds (technology of giving shape to free designs, photographic images, and general images by using press machines and special molds). We are also skilled in producing drawn molds (technology for hexagonal drawing of projections), and progressive molds (electronic parts). We brought together our own technologies to develop a machine for design molds. We can envision development and manufacturing for various needs by design and development according to customer requests. We are armed with the technologies and experience we have accumulated to solve technical issues through our 40-year history of manufacturing. Our company contributes to quality Monozukuri craftsmanship products with our daily mold development and improvement efforts.

[Business description]
Our company was established in 1972 as a manufacturer specializing in press working. We started to manufacture press molds in 1987, and we now satisfy customers with various molds produced using 2D and 3D CAD. We particularly excel at punching small-diameter holes in non-ferrous materials, and we mainly manufacture products for light electric devices and automobiles. We also emphasize development and trial manufacturing. We work hard every day to create products that satisfy customers.

[Strength of products/technologies]
Our company developed a free punching system (FPS) as a technology of using press machines and special molds to give shape to free designs, photographic images, and general images. Free-design punching requires individual design molds, and the arrangement of the necessary equipment used to be a disadvantage. Our machine can produce various designs in a short time from a single mold. This machine can also handle a wide range of non-ferrous materials including leather, paper, Japanese paper, rubber, and urethane. Up to 80,000 holes can be punched in 20 minutes. This greatly reduces the production time.

Our motto is to manufacture products that satisfy customers. We will meet customer needs, maintain high reliability, and improve customer satisfaction on the basis of stable management. Our company has built up mold technologies by using 2D and 3D CAD. We believe that our technologies can be extended in other countries as well as in Japan. We will totally devote ourselves to contributing to our customers by supplying new technologies.

[Company structure for market development/overseas expansion]
All of our employees including the technical staff work as sales staff members and quickly meet various needs under the leadership of dedicated sales staff. The leather industry has a large market in Europe and America. We think that we can extend our business to these markets, armed with the mold technology we have built up so far, including our micron-order high processing accuracy. Our company is now independently extending its business to European and American companies.
