[Company strength]
We handle a wide range of general metalwork products, from large-lot products to single article manufacturing. We possess substantial manufacturing equipment and product stockyards in our in-house factory covering 19,573 square meters. It at a conveniently location, which is only 10 minutes from a freeway interchange and 30 minutes by car from the Asahikawa Airport. We have a long history of manufacturing steel forms with high dimensional accuracy, and we have contributed to form development for labor-saving products.

We manufacture steel forms for concrete secondary products. We also manufacture large steel tanks such as fire-fighting water tanks and plant equipment, and slab products for road construction. We are a comprehensive form manufacturer in Hokkaido. We have arranged an integrated in-house system that can satisfy detailed customer needs from design to manufacturing.

[Strength of products/technologies]
Our greatest advantages are in processing technology and design power. We pursue the dimensional accuracy and convenience required for concrete secondary products in our processing technology, and we have cultivated our design power through our continuous pursuit of durability. Our staff includes five first-class can manufacturing technicians, seven JIS-qualified half-automatic welding technicians, eight safety and health promotion staff, and so on. We make use of mutual training among such expert technical staff to make continuous efforts to enhance our technical and client relations. We can satisfy various customer requests for bending processing from bending using a 200-ton press to articles made by delicate bending using our craftsmen’s technology.

We mainly pursued can processing manufacturing following our foundation in 1948. We began to specialize in the steel forms for concrete secondary products in 1963, and have been building our firm status in Hokkaido as a form manufacturer ever since. We want to further enhance our technology and design power. Our goal is to contribute to the local community through handing down technology specific to our local area and promoting our business as a provider of medium-thickness welded steel structures. We aim to be a unique enterprise in our area by steadily and aggressively developing overseas markets with a focus on the ever-growing Asian market.

Our administrator (plant manager) has been engaged in manufacturing work for 30 years, and provides direct support for new clients. This is how we have arranged a system in which we can immediately answer technical questions. We can provide on-site support if necessary. Our president will directly support overseas companies as the point of contact. We will provide reliable service while obtaining the support of related administrative agencies.

We concluded a contract on exporting box culvert forms for large civil engineering works in China (Dalian) in March 2015. We anticipate further orders. (Indirect exports through a specialized Japanese trading company.)
