(4) We can handle delivery of sheet metal parts in one or two days in cases of urgent orders.

We are a comprehensive prototype part manufacturer. We are continuously growing by making use of various materials and advanced devices, and we can satisfy short delivery requests. We make small amounts of different prototypes for cameras, semiconductor devices, vehicles, connectors, printers, and medical equipment. Our sheet metal processing division can machine materials in a range of approximately 0.05 to 3.2 tons into appropriate sheet forms by wire, laser, turret punch press, or etching processing. We can treat these sheets with mark processing, bending, and welding to produce appropriate components. Our mechanical division can finish these parts using milling cutter, tapping center, machining center, lathing, or combined lathing equipment.

[Product and Technology Strengths]
We manufacture small amounts of different prototypes based on customer orders. We make prototypes for cameras, semiconductor devices, vehicles, connectors, printers, and medical equipment. Our sheet metal processing division machines materials in a range of approximately 0.05 to 3.2 tons into appropriate sheet forms by wire, laser, turret punch press, or etching processing. We can treat these sheets with mark processing, bending, and welding to produce appropriate parts. Our mechanical division finishes the parts using milling cutter, tapping center, machining center, lathing, or combined lathing equipment. The parts are then inspected in our quality assurance division. Parts with confirmed quality are further treated by surface processing steps such as galvanizing, painting, and heat processing.  We deliver the final products to the customer with the shortest possible delivery period.

[Representative’s Message]
We manufacture precision components in Hitachinaka-shi, Ibaraki Prefecture, which is located northeast of Tokyo, Japan. We have been nurturing our production skills in this city, where rows of Hitachi factories have been operating for many years. We will continue to advance technology challenges with our 4H principles: “Heart,” “Hi-Speed,” “Hand Made,” and “Hi-technology.” Our goal is to be a factory capable of globally disseminating basic processing technology. We will contribute to revitalizing our local community, and continue to offer a helping hand to support Japanese Monozukuri craftsmanship. 

[Company Structure for Market Cultivation and Overseas Expansion]
We plan to further improve the technology and skills we have nurtured in Hitachinaka-shi, which is a town of Monozukuri craftsmanship. We will enhance our structural capability to respond to customer needs more promptly by establishing a smooth collaboration system with our sales division. We will be able to actively tackle market cultivation based on this company structure. We also plan to gradually organize an effective system capable of handling overseas needs from our existing customers.
