We perform integrated processing, and propose and develop products by forging analysis, etc., and (cold and hot) forging through cutting. We can handle impact products with diameters ranging from 6 mm to 120 mm, and can perform integrated processing including design by CATIA and resin molding through coating.

Overseas, we use economic partnership agreements and the like to strengthen our export power and ensure superiority. We currently do business mainly in Asia, but aim to expand sales channels in Europe and the Americas. We will actively enter new growth industries.

We have sales bases in Yamagata, Tokyo, Nagoya and Thailand, and assist customers from the design stage in sales and technology using our original sales system, proposing the most suitable designs for parts. In addition, we analyze quality characteristics and optimize the process of mold design, manufacturing, trial manufacturing and mass production, thus ensuring excellent quality even inside the product. We excel at manufacturing with our mass production system. We have a track record of producing products for the global market, and can produce 1 to 10 million pieces per month.
