Through the application of our combined technology and high-efficiency production with 3D data (design to inspection), we will deliver satisfying products at high precision with a short lead-time.
“Visualization” of the factory with our unique system
We are working on a thorough visualization using our original production management system. All facilities are connected via a network, realizing the automatic 24-hour operation of six process lines. In addition to this process management effort, we accumulate and analyze raw material price data and equipment operation performance data to eliminate waste in the factory. The detailed data maintained for each customer allows for speedy and error-free production, especially for repeat orders.
State-of-the-art machine tools and automation equipment
Our company has the latest processing equipment, mostly from Amada and Yamazaki Mazak. We have actively automated the manufacturing process by introducing bending robots and automatic welding robots.
