We deal with consignment high-precision polishing, precision machining, and welding of optical glass mainly for the electronics industry. Materials include quartz glass, semiconductor devices, ceramics, metal material, resin material, carbon material, and magnetic material. We have a track record of supporting ultra-thin film polishing with a thickness of 8 μm (total thickness of 10 to 20 μm after multilayer evaporation) according to customer needs. We have acquired many patents including those in Europe, US, China and Korea. We also sell blades that are used for glass processing.

[Product description] We conduct high-precision quartz glass polishing. We can perform processing with a common difference of ±1 μm in thickness, as long as the maximum diameter is diameter 100 or less.

We can perform processing with a minimum outer diameter of diameter 0.4 mm or above and a hole depth of 9 mm. We can process holes with a depth of up to 60 mm in the case of an inner diameter of 1.0 mm. We can process holes with a depth of up to 100 mm in the case of the inner diameter of 2.0 mm.
