We are a precision parts manufacturer that is expanding its business in Japan and abroad. We deal with consignment high-precision polishing, precision machining, and welding of optical glass mainly for the electronics industry. We supply ultrasonic cleaning process machines made of quartz glass, which are used for processes including semiconductor washing, liquid crystal manufacturing, and so on. Application: Quartz oscillators for high-frequency oscillation. These products are used as quartz glass parts for X-ray penetration for protein crystal structure analysis. Optical polishing of high-precision quartz glass. Application: Sensors onboard the asteroid spacecraft Hayabusa 1 and 2, and cover glass for solar cells onboard weather observation satellites. Large diameter polishing and machining with maximum processing dimensions of diameter 3000 (angular dimension: 2142). Application: Target material and large substrate glass. High-precision cylindrical machining and polishing with a maximum diameter of diameter 500 and a maximum length of 3100 I. Application: Base material for quartz fibers, light guides, and target rods.
