[Company Strengths]
Our company strengths are based on our precision metal mold design and processing technology, precision molding, and quality assurance system. Our component production technique enabled by metal injection molding (MIM) has the ability to make any kind of shape that seems to be difficult to form. Still only a few companies in the Tohoku region have adopted the MIM component production technique for external sales. Our component production technique is based on know-how we have accumulated for many years. This includes technology for metal powder material kneading and dedicated MIM mold design, as well as a start-to-finish production system operating from degreasing to vacuum sintering. We started a technology development project based on industry-government-university collaboration in 1989. We have been improving our production techniques ever since, with the aim of being a pioneer among SMEs development companies in Japan.

[Business Outline]
We conduct integrated production covering from mold design and production to mass production of precision plastic products. Our products are used in various fields such as automobiles, machinery, digital devices, housing, and the medical industry. We also produce iron-based metal components with complex configurations using metal injection molding (MIM), which we started in 1996 by applying our molding technology. We develop and produce applied products based on our technology for bonding metal and resin (the TRI system) developed in industry-government-university collaboration.

[Product and Technology Strengths]
Our MIM components made of iron-based raw materials such as stainless steel possess strength equal to ordinary smelted materials. Density is 95% or more,  hardness is HV550 or more with quenching, and dimensional accuracy is 0.05 mm or less when the product size is approximately 30 mm. Surface roughness (Re) is 15 μm or less. Note that reducing wall thickness by recessing or the like involves lower costs and saves product weight compared to machining, and it does not produce cutting chips. Our production technology is environmentally friendly because we do not waste materials by repeatedly pelletizing the spool and runner used when molding. 

[Representative’s Message]
We offer our products with even stricter quality control and delivery date management for existing customers, with the aim of maintaining and expanding our current sales. We also cultivate new markets through exhibitions, business meetings, and other such tools. We will continue our efforts to promote production process efficiency and improvement. This will enable us to lower production costs so we can make a good profit while providing better products at lower prices. We will improve our company structure with these efforts to be strong enough to compete with overseas products.

We promote our products through exhibitions, business meetings, and our company website to acquire new customers in addition to existing customers. We also continue to collect useful information from many related companies.  Our sales division serves as the customer’s primary point of contact. We provide primary contacts especially for inquiries about the MIM system and TRI system. This is how we can handle higher-level demands from our customers and provide excellent technical solutions.
