We manufacture and sell heat exchangers and unit coolers for refrigeration and cold storage.
We design heat exchangers and unit coolers in-house from thermal calculations to drawings. We conduct integrated in-house manufacturing of products from metal plate processing to assembly. Heat exchanger manufacturing involves making a plate fin coil by various combinations of pipes and fins, and corrosion resistance measures are then applied according to the use environment. Our unit coolers can support various material properties under an air environment, including storage temperature, humidity, and corrosive substances. We provide one-by-one support to our customers on a custom-made basis.
[Product description] We manufacture products by combining raw materials such as copper, aluminum, and SUS according to the kind of food to be stored and its features. We are working hard to make optimal proposals based on our long-term performance and experience, and consideration of the customer’s application and budget as well as the customer’s request. Our product specifications are as follows. Plate fin coils (heat transfer pipe × fin). Effective length: Can be manufactured up to 5,500 mm. Fin pitch: Can be manufactured from 2 mm or above with 0.1 mm steps.
[Product description] We can respond to any customer request, such as corrosion resistance and condensation measures. This is done according to the use environments, such as ceiling suspension types and table types, as well as the application and temperature range. Configuration: Push type and pull type. Defrost type: Off-cycle, heater, spray, and hot gas. Options: Outlet damper, inlet hood, assembly of expansion valve and electromagnetic valve, and so on.
