Hara Cooling-Coil Works LTD. 

We manufacture and sell heat exchangers and unit coolers for refrigeration and cold storage. 

We design heat exchangers and unit coolers in-house from thermal calculations to drawings. We conduct integrated in-house manufacturing of products from metal plate processing to assembly. Heat exchanger manufacturing involves making a plate fin coil by various combinations of pipes and fins, and corrosion resistance measures are then applied according to the use environment. Our unit coolers can support various material properties under an air environment, including storage temperature, humidity, and corrosive substances. We provide one-by-one support to our customers on a custom-made basis.

[Company strength]
We design heat exchangers and unit coolers in-house from thermal calculations and branch calculations to drawings. We conduct integrated in-house manufacturing covering from fin pressing and metal sheet processing to assembly, and we respond to various customer requests. Our original insertion equipment has been used in manufacturing heat exchangers. It can provide flexible support for fin pitches because of its high accuracy.

We have been expanding our business since our foundation in 1947 with a focus on unit coolers for refrigeration and cold storage as well as heat exchangers (plate fin coils). We design unit coolers and heat exchangers in-house from thermal calculations to drawings. We respond to various customer needs by conducting integrated in-house manufacturing of products from metal plate processing to assembly.

We can support various customer needs and provide products including the addition of a fan and other additional options.

We are a specialized manufacturer of low-temperature storage for food circulation, and heat exchangers and unit coolers used for rapid freezing of foods. We are not a mass-production type manufacturer. We provide one-by-one support for customer requests on a custom-made basis. We deal with specialized manufacturing in a specific market, which is why we have strength in this field. We hope to continue to take on the challenge of R&D and new approaches. Our target is to further develop our company in order to contribute to food safety.

Our sales department is cultivating new business in domestic Japanese sales. We do not yet have a track record of direct transactions with overseas customers. However, our staff in charge of overseas business are now advancing market research and cultivation of overseas markets.

We process large precision parts for industrial machines and manufacture powder equipment such as mixers and dust collectors.
